Withdrawal and cancellation of services will be given in written format with at least 7 days notice..
in the event the web site is offline for anytime there will be no recourse from any seller unless the downtime exceeds 7 days.
No item should be advertised that contravenes copyright.
All contributors are expected to ensure their behavior is acceptable at all times. No forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Accounts will be disabled at the discretion of the Owner if any policy is contravened.
If it feels wrong it probably is, so ask if you are unsure..

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund policy:

Terms of return should be within 7 days of receipt.
State of return should be as received.
Reason for return can be for damage or in the unlikely event that it is the wrong product.
Bespoke and custom items cannot be return for refund unless the item is damaged. Any grammar or misspellings should be informed at the proof stage.

Process of refund will be complete once a discussion has been had on whether a refund or replacement item is required.
